Ingredients
Seasoned papaya
Lime
Sugar
Piloncillo
Water
Preparation
1. Peel the papaya and cut into cubes.
2. Soak the fruit cubes in lime water for 24 hrs.
3. Once the fruit has rested, remove the water and place it to style for another 24 hrs.
4. Afterwards, put the fruit in a pot over medium heat, adding a glass of water, sugar and piloncillo.
5. Remove from the heat after 5 or 6 hours, as soon as the appearance of the sugar is similar to the texture of honey.
